Brian Kokoska is presently studying towards his BFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2010) in Vancouver. His practice is concerned with, but not limited to, painting, and digital works. He has been featured locally in Derya Akay’s self-published Fundamentalist Zine (2009) and internationally in Kraków based Piana Magazine (2009). Kokoska’s work was most recently seen in The Hand of a Stranger (2009), a two-person exhibition with Barry Doupé at Shudder Gallery.
